After graduating from Istanbul Technical University (I.T.U) Faculty of Architecture, Urban and Regional Planning Department as an Urban Planner, he received his Disaster and Emergency Management master’s degree from the same university. In addition, he holds Executive MBA diploma from Bahcesehir University and he is a PhD candidate of Urban and Regional Planning at Istanbul Technical University. He also holds Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) designation via CoreNet Global. In his master education tenure he represented I.T.U in Japan by presenting the outcomes of a multi-national seismic risk perception project and participated few national sypmposiums as presenter. Followed by working in Chamber of Urban Planners Istanbul Branch, he joined the corporate real estate industry where he experienced over the last 15 years. First, he worked at DEUTSCHE BANK TURKEY as corporate real estate (CRE) specialist, then moved to JOHNSON CONTROLS as Customer Relations Supervisor under Facility Management team and promoted to Manager role in two years. He joined CUSHMAN AND WAKEFIELD as a Transition Facility Manager for Mastercard account and following completion of the FM services transition he joined MASTERCARD as Real Estate Services Manager for High Growth Emerging Markets region in Europe. Over the years, his responsibility area significantly expanded and before establishing CRESC, as Real Estate Services Director he was responsible of CRE activities in 19 countries and 30 offices in the Central and Southern Eastern Europe. He has extensive experience in real estate processes at multi-national information technology and financial services industry corporations including CRE financials, lease transaction management, portfolio management, facility management (and outsourcing), fit-out project management, workplace strategy, business continuity, and sustainability initiatives.

She studied at Anadolu University, Department of Public Relations (2007). She worked with senior executives in the health, food and textile sectors and reported to the board of directors. She is also a Pilates Academy International graduate (2012) and is a pilates trainer. In 2014, she established ‘Pilates Evi’, which is her own Pilates Studio, and acted as both a trainer and a manager. She completed her real estate trade training from the training platform organized by Istanbul University (2022) and entered the real estate sector. She is a member of 'AryaWomen', Turkey's first women-oriented investment platform. She has Social Media Specialist certificate from Boğaziçi Institute. In addition, she also has digital consultancy competence received from Digiens Academy. She carries out corporate communication, business development and social responsibility activities within the body of CRESC.

After graduating from Istanbul Technical University Faculty of Architecture, Urban and Regional Planning Department as an Urban Planner, he received his master’s degree from Ankara University Social Sciences Institute, Department of Social Environment Sciences. Followed by working in General Directorate of National Parks and Wildlife in Ankara as an Urban Planner until 2004, he left the public service and moved to the real estate sector. He, respectively, worked in TURYAP REAL ESTATE VALUATION CO as an appraiser, CARREFOUR SABANCI TRADE CENTER CORPORATION as a land development specialist & turnover analyze specialist, A&B REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT, CONSTRUCTION & INVESTMENT CORPORATION as Senior Project Developer, KLEPIER (CORIO) TURKEY as Development and Design Director. In his professional career, he prepared numerous real estate valuation reports and carried out location analyses and lease studies of CarrefourSA supermarkets, which are planned to be opened in different parts of Turkey. He also managed the real estate development processes of Bursa Anatolium AVM, Tekirdağ Tekira AVM and Mersin Tarsu AVM projects as Development and Design Director. He is currently carrying on freelance consultancy services in urban planning and real estate development areas.
